Your data & deletion

No game account

Arrow Canvas has no sign-up or developer-operated user account. There is no server account to delete. The local profile is only a chosen name/avatar on your device.

Delete local game data

Open Android Settings → Apps → Arrow Canvas → Storage → Clear data (or Clear storage). This removes local progress, attempts, paintings collected, hints, streaks, profile and preferences. It cannot be undone unless you kept an exported backup. Uninstalling removes app-private data as well.

Delete exported backups separately

Find every backup file you saved in Files, Downloads or the cloud provider you chose, and delete it there. We cannot access or delete those files. A cloud provider may retain recoverable copies under its policy. This release disables automatic Android cloud backup and excludes the app’s data from system backup/transfer rules.

Delete support messages

Contact classhai.ofc@gmail.com from the address used for support and request deletion of your correspondence. Include only enough information to identify the exchange. Legitimate legal record-keeping obligations may apply.
