Privacy policy

Arrow Canvas is an independent single-player puzzle game by VikasBuilds. This policy covers the game, this website and support correspondence.

In the game

The app has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or developer-operated game server. It does not send gameplay or profile data to us, sell personal information or track you across apps.

Progress, unfinished puzzles, hints, streaks, settings and your optional chosen name/avatar are stored in the app’s private storage on your phone. A real name is not needed. This Android release disables automatic cloud backup and excludes app data from system backup/transfer rules.

Backup files you choose

Export and restore use Android’s system file picker. Backups include local progress and any chosen profile name. Files are readable JSON and are not encrypted by the game. You choose where to save them. If you select a cloud provider, that provider handles your file under its policy; we do not receive it. Keep backups somewhere you trust.

Permissions and external services

Puzzle play works without internet and this release requests no camera, microphone, contacts, location or notification permissions. Opening this website, a policy or a support link uses your browser and network connection. Google Play processes downloads and purchases under its own policy; this release has no in-app purchases.

Website visits

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts to these pages.

Support messages

If you email classhai.ofc@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the content you send. We use it to answer and resolve the request. Avoid sending passwords, private documents or backup files unless needed for a specific problem. You may request deletion from the same email address, subject to legitimate record-keeping obligations.

Children and accounts

The game does not ask for age, create child accounts or knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. A chosen local name is optional. If a child sends personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal.

Control and deletion

Clear app storage in Android Settings or uninstall to remove local game data. Delete exported files separately from the destinations you selected. See Your data & deletion.
